This unique coffee is the result of a 168-hour fermentation process. Freshly picked red and yellow caturra cherries are added to stainless-steel fermentation tanks, creating a truly intense and juicy cup. Bright acidity with vibrant notes of cherry and tropical fruits shine through, rounded out by chocolate undertones. Great for pour-overs and equally delightful as an espresso.
